Refund Policy

Once your order is returned, our Quality Assurance team will receive and inspect your item(s) to ensure they are in unworn condition and verify that all promotional gift(s) with purchase are present before issuing a refund.

How long will it take to process my refund?

· Your refund will be processed approximately 5 business days after we receive it. 


How will I receive my refund?

· Your refund will be issued back to the method of payment used in the original purchase.  If the original method of payment was a credit card, you will see the refund reflected on your account within the next 4-7 business days. International bank wire purchases will be refunded in USD according to the exchange rate at time of purchase. RAYONU is not responsible for differences in foreign currency refund amounts due to exchange rate fluctuations between the time of purchase and refund. RAYONU is not responsible for any foreign exchange or other fees that are charged by the customer’s financial institution. 


Do I need to include the return shipping authorization number for return?

· Yes. Packages that are received without a return shipping authorization number will not be accepted for refund. Return shipping authorizations are active for seven days from the date of issue and packages must be shipped during the active time period of your return shipping authorization. If your return shipping authorization has expired, please contact us to request another return shipping authorization.

Comparative Purchasing

Comparative purchasing is purchasing multiple products with the intent of keeping one and returning the remainder. To maintain the high quality of our pieces and keep our prices competitive, comparative purchasing is not allowed. If we suspect an order is comparative, it may be blocked from shipping or returning.
